Q1:Are you manufacturer ?

A1: Yes. We are a RC FPV UAV/drone spare parts developer, manufacturer and exporter. Our factory has over 10 years of professional experience in the RC model industry.

Q2:Do you support sample, retail or wholesale orders?

A2:Yes. We are manufacturer and have our own factory. So we support sample and retail orders but whole sale orders are more welcomed.

Q3:Do you support OEM/ODM?

A3:Yes. The OEM/ODM is welcomed. We are able to provide molding new product and OEM service, including print logo, change color, customize package & user manual...etc. We can also customize the functions and specifications (ODM) at your requirements.  

Q4:Is it the final price in the price list?

A4: No,the price depends on the order qty and also your custom service requirements. Let us talk in details about the order price. 

Q5. How can we know the product quality?

A5: We suggest you to order a sample for quality validation at first. Also, you can send us email for detail photos for checking if you cannot get enough information in the product page.

Q6. How can we guarantee quality?

A6: Always a pre-production sample before mass production. Always final Inspection before shipment.

Q7: What is the lead time?

A7: Sample needs 3-7 days, mass production needs 7-15 days, according to your order requirements & quantity. Welcome to confirm it when ordering.

Q8. What trade terms can you provide?
A8: Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB;

Accepted Payment Currency:USD,EUR,GBP,JPY,AUD,HKD,CNY;

Accepted Payment Type: Credit Card,T/T,Western Union,Cash,Escrow,etc .

Q9:What’s the delivery / shipping methods supported?

A9: For sample and retail orders, it’s generally delivered / shipped by express or air. For wholesale orders, it’s shipped by sea or train. Or we can delivery it at your requirement.
